Update status

Hi all, I'm a silver supporter , when I update my status then click save, then look on updates it's not there, what am I doing wrong

Yea thanks but when I go on , updadates (news feeds) I can't see my profile with the new status on,,

I don't think your own status will show on local updates for you to see

Other people will be able to see it though

You don't see your own status update on the local news feed I'm pretty sure.

I think the reasoning behind this is why would you need to see your own profile on a list of local updates?

You won't see yours, you local updates are from people you are looking for, ie what you have as your preferences in your profile.

Go to account heading and there is an edit text function. Within that you can check how your profile appears. It shows a link to click.

Hotlist yourself and you'll appear in your hotlist updates. I Hotlisted myself so I'd actually be on a hotlist somewhere

You won't see your own status in the local updates, but if you friend yourself you will show in your friend updates
