Is this normal at first or is it always the same sensation ???/?

Try using an anal douche first of all. That will give you the confidence to relax and not have that 'passing' feeling.

It's a natural feeling at first. Pop the plug in. Remove when you get the urge then pop it back in. Your bum will realise after a short while that it's not needing a poo.

It gets easier with practice and feels fantastic once you get it right. An anal orgasm is incredible
