This may seem a slightly naive question to ask, but what can I do to help train myself to enjoy anal more? Past experiences have started out as pleasurable but quickly becomes rather painful last time resulting in a tear.

Relax, use plenty of water based lube & make sure the man is gentle. I like to straddle my guy and lower myself onto him so I control how deep the penetration is. The only advice you can give is don't rush things with anal, take your time use fingers and toys and lube!!! with an ex we had to wait about 3 months till she was ready to try me inside her but we did a little finger play most days and toys come in all sizes, you will know when your ready and anal can be nice if done right if not it will put you off for life.

It takes time. Plenty of lube, I prefer silicone but everyone is different. I started off training my own arse, fingers and then a small butt plug and then built up to bigger. It's not just about butt plugs you have to get use to the feeling of someone or something fucking your arse. Keep training every other day and then you'll feel my comfortable with someone else. Don't take me wrong, But are you actually wanting anal sex or is it a partner asking for it? Just because it is done in porn doesn't mean we all must do it.

My advice like the others is plenty lube and start small. If you are going to let a guy enter you analy, Have him spend a bit time playing with your bum first to'open you up'. Yep the training set are good. I soon got quite comfortable with the smallest one and am now on the medium one. Want to work up to being able to take a strap-on from a fem, but the size of some of them scares me

It's never going to feel comfortable. You have to get used to the strange sensation as well as stretching your anal sphincter. I can now take an average thickness cock with little preparation. Butt plugs feel horrible and hurt me more,I prefer fingers.

Personally I find water based ones dry out too quickly during use so prefer silicone based lubes when not using silicone toys. If I need to use a water based lube I alway select one designed for anal as they tend to be a bit thicker and last longer.

Whichever lube I'm using I like to inject around 5ml internally to act as a reservoir. Small rounded tip syringes often called lube shooters can be found on most online sex toy sites for this.

Lube is the answer, but not on its own, my experience tells me that you need to be very horny, aroused and want to receive something in there! Take it slow, don't start with a huge practice toy, start small and slow, working up to bigger cock sized toys.
