Secretly recorded at meets

We have always wondered if we was being recorded at someone's place during a meet. Obviously now days with modern tech you could possible be sitting in a film set n not know it.

So how would you go about protecting yourselves from such a thing.

Reason we're asking this, is not because we're planning on filming without premission. but we have just discovered our smart tv has a camera in it. Completely brand new news to us, and it's completely invisible. (It's built into screen I believe)

One meet we left before it even heated up as we noticed him playing about with his laptop and suspiciously angled towards the bed.

Anyone had anything similar ?

No but just invite them to yours . Or tell them if they are going to film can we have a copy .

If they say yes, walk out as they are filming

I have had this countless times. Either people whipping out their cameras or their phones on the side on video already ready to be picked up. It is disgusting. I have avoided chatting on cams just for this reason too - as I was chatting face to face with a woman and spotted a red dot on her desk, I asked what it was and she jovially replied "a camera" - she backed out saying it wasn't recording me - though I quit the conversation. Odd as I had met her a few times! I am more than certain I have been snapped without my knowledge on meets.

I'm blindfolded on my meets . One particular meet (meet up number 2) wanted me stood up in certain clothes waiting. I did this and I could see the light on his camera and he was videoing up my skirt!! I could see from beneath my blindfold.

I once had a meet, a couple I had met before, where the husband sat downstairs, ostensibly doing some work, while I played with the wife upstairs. After half an hour or so I noticed another laptop high up on a wardrobe with the camera pointed at the bed.

Whether it was recorded or 'live', I never asked. If that's what they were in to....

God but your body is straight from heaven. I can understand why he wanted to record his joyful meet but I wouldn't have the steady hands to manage the fiddly buttons. You're gorgeous.

There...

Hate this. I've caught folk out who have taken photos and then passed them onto others who passed them on and hey presto - I get them back via a 4th or 5th party... Despicable and a violation of my privacy. I'm discreet to the point of being branded a fake as I don't show my veris but better this than being paraded over an all too public internet. Neutral locations all the way now unless with VERY trusted playmates.

"Is it a crime?"

Yes.

Voyeurism - Recording

A person commits an offence if he:

A) records another person (B) doing a private act

B) he does so with the intention that he or a third person will, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, look at an image of B doing the act and

C) he knows that B does not consent to his recording the act with that intention.

He'll yeah! We were fucking in the jacuzzi at Hedonism. We noticed a guy with earphones holding an iPhone, pointed our way. Strange because there's always loud music playing. Plus Electronic devices are prohibited, I grabbed him & held him until security turned up. The security checked his phone first, but he'd deleted fast. Meaning we were uploaded up into a 'cloud'. He was kicked off the resort before I could batter him!

Sad bastard! Good job we put on one hell of a spectacle a lol...

I once met a "single" lady from another site several times. When we played, she always wanted to lay in the same position on the same mat in the living room. After a couple of times I did wonder if she had a camera. I had a meet with a couple off here who knew this girl, and asked me "if I had noticed the pation curtains were always open a little bit? It turns out that hubby liked to spy on his lady getting pleasured through the gap in the curtains. Ohhhh, I feel so used.....lol.

The reason I asked is that I have cctv cameras that cover the way in and out of my place and One that covers my van .

I can check my cctv from my iPhone see if windows shut . I even get a notification if someone comes to my front door on my phone

My neighbours don't mind in fact they welcome it

Surely when you walk somewhere that has cctv like a shop bank club pub or past people's houses with cctv you are consenting to being filmed

How does not consenting to being filmed help in this situation

Bear in mind this has nothin to do with being filmed having sex from laptops etc just consenting to be filmed where cctv is installed legally

And if your out in public say in a pub Beer garden that had cctv And it was shown on YouTube etc where do you stand

Remember this has nothing to do with being filmed on laptops phones etc whilsy on a meet without permission or secretly

If they are recording secretly then there is little you can do.

We have take pics on a meeting, but we insist on swapping, so I'll take pics with their camera so I can be sure I'm happy with what is being shown.

They can take pics with our camera so we can edit them to our hearts content afterwards.

Ie remove faces and tattoos.

But you just have to hope you meet nice folk.

Because those places have signs saying they are covered by cctv and you have the choice to enter or not enter if you prefer not too. so by entering said building you are giving your consent to be filmed on cctv and most establishments override them over a set time period too so they are deleted.

The idea of a fixed cctv system is the box is usually locked away so in event of breakin people don't steal the box

I reckon the best way is to just ask for a copy of any recording as soon as you go in

And of course there's dogging as well people with dashboard cams I have them in mine

I have a small clip on cctv that records sound and video it's smAller than a clipper that is used at work

It's so easy to record stuff these days most have mobile phones with video in vide camera etc etc etc

Now it's trendy to have cctv dash cams body cctv how many are actually being recorded

It's seriously rude to not tell people and a massive breach of confidentiality if they find out and don't agree, not to mention if the recording gets out you are opening yourself up to being dragged through courts.

No problem with any of that - didn't realise I had started such a debate. I believed I was viewing it from the female perspective and assuming that video could end up posted on YouPorn or similar. I think that is taking advantage of someone sexually without their consent. Obviously, physical rape is worse.

On our first meet the guy warned us about hidden camera and always play in your own hotel room for safety. Since then that's what we did.

Thank god we didn't invite people to our house as had a couple of regulars whom we thought we could trust turn bad.

I love hotels as very neutral ground, less chance of hidden cameras etc

Last thing on earth I would want is my picture plastered over the net for clients and family friends to see. This is my own private little world. I would like to keep it that way

"Filming without permission is tantamount to rape as far as I am concerned - would never do it, nor be happy if it happened. Awful.

no...it is not tantamount to rape."

Its definitely not the same as rape but its still a massive breach of trust. All comes down to consent at the end of the day.

When we first started swinging we said we wouldn't meet at someone elses house for this exact reason, and we never have .

Ofcourse you trust that a playmate wouldn't ever be that disrespectful and breach your privacy but in reality with modern technology theres no way of being certain.

Its something we are aware of and we choose to take the calculated risk but feel this is lessened slightly by meeting at our house.

If someone did this to us we'd feel completely violated and disgusted.
