I have a topic to get your teeth in to if your interested in helping me ?

I want sexual contact but when I have the chance, I get scared & find an excuse to get out of it.

what is the problem with me, why have i got like this ?

Find someone you're comfortable enough with to talk to them about your worries before you meet them. Meet socially without any pressure to play and just go with the flow.
