Choose the people who you want to be involved carefully...and you will probably need a safe place to do it...and invite more than you want...as a lot will back out...i hope that helps

Some people may advise a club...tbh i wouldnt go down that route...id either use your own private home...or find someone thats willing to hold it for you....much more controllable

Or a hotel, if you aren't comfortable with the neighbours knowing. Maybe have a look at your local area for people hosting gangbangs, ask questions and/or if they organise regularly, maybe ask them to organise depending on how much control you want over the situation.

It's also wise to know what kind of gangbang you want, the kind of men, what's allowed and limits, providing condoms (whether you specify or not,some guys will probably "forget"). All things to consider
