Over 50's

I find it so difficult to meet women from here. It's almost as if once you have passed 50 you are on the scrapheap. Yes, I am married but sex has dried up at home and I have lots to offer for the right lady, I just need to find her.

We haven't found that being over 50 holds us back. It's entirely likely that if we'd signed up here in our 20s or 30s we would have had many more meets but we're not and the clock can't be turned back so we work with what we've got .

You might find that organised socials or clubs are the way forward.

We don't think it's holding us back. We get a lot of offers, just not the one we're looking for. ( We're pretty choosy.)

our preferred age range for guys is those in their 50's actually. Send good messages, read profiles etc (all the good advice found elsewhere!) and you'll make your own luck

I don't think being older on it's own is an issue, but once you add in other factors such as in my case being a larger lady or in your case being married (without wifes consent or knowledge of your activities as far as I know) it gets more difficult. But hey, you had a relatively recent meet so not doing too bad. M

My guess is they assume he is a cheater as he has admitted to being married.

Many will see that as cheating and are more likely to be put off by that,than the ops age.

To the OP, looking at your profile, might it be an idea for those people you wish to potentially attract that you put up a face pic, as opposed to the one of you underwater in full diving kit where we can't see your face at all!

Me & Kim see more action now than ever before so no being over 50 don't limit your chances, yes a lot of people only meet up to 50yrs etc but that leaves lots of 50+ people eager to meet for fun.

Go to Clubs. If you are fit and good looking, age will not be an issue.

I think people have their preferences and often for private reasons but nonetheless valid reasons, we have a specific age band requested and we'd never explain the reasons for this but it very much works for us - it's certainly not being awkward and excluding people out of spite

We didn't start swinging until we met, and we were both over 50 at the time. In the last 11 years we've had more fun sex with other people than we ever had in either of our lives before, so don't despair - there are lots of keen and enthusiastic over 50s swingers out there!

As I said in a similar thread

Age is just a number.

I still think the same as I did in my 20's.

But I now have the patience and experience to put it into effect.

There will always be those that prefer to play with their own age, as there will those that like older, even if only a little older. There will always be those that prefer to play with younger, for several reasons. They see them as more lithe, more stamina etc. And of course, both men and women still like the thought of being attractive to younger people. Good for the ego!

But surely the dynamics of fab aren't going to change? As we get older, so do those around us and surely, for most, at least, their age preference changes with them.

I play with one couple who actually changed their age preference as I'd reached my 50th this year.
