Lol I have just got one exactly the same!

The trick is to make sure you are soft. Not easy considering its a turn on for all but thats the trick.

It does feel weird and is a bit daunting/unnerving putting balls through the loop. Always make sure you put the loop over from underneath if that makes sense lol. Kind of dangle them through and I use a bit of lube on the ring and my todger, which has to go through last.

All the previous advice is good. Also make sure your hands are dry of lube as you need to get a grip on your ball sack - sometimes need to pull the skin through and the testicle will easy through after...then repeat with the other one.
