Can i change my settings so only people that are on cam can view you?

Afraid there is no way you can do that. If that facility was available what's to stop someone pointing their cam at a wall.

NO. But you can block users who are view only when the room is full, to do this go to account settings - privacy - then tick - Chat: In chat, site supporters can enter full rooms (only) in view-only mode. If they view your cam, you won't see that in the room list. You can opt out of this so your cam will be hidden from these users.

Allow everyone to see cam (yes, active) hide it from view-only users

If you change this setting you need to quit chat, wait 5 minutes and re-enter for it to take effect.

I don't think it applies to other non-cam users coz i have this ticked and noticed people without cams view me.
