Try milf and cougar dating sites or fetish sites for dom females.

Many (though not all) of the ladies on here consider themselves swingers rather than milfs. Some are looking for younger men but many won't consider men young enough to be their children (since a milf is traditionally a woman of your mother's generation).

Genuine Dominant women (who don't charge!) are rarer than hens teeth. Even if you find one, I doubt they'd Dom a stranger. I certainly don't.

A woman isn't in control of she's just doing what you want her to.

Subs outnumber Doms massively anyway.
