advice needed for first bi experience

Just been fortunate enough to meet a couple. I have know them for a while but now we are ready to play. They are both bi, but for me i have little experience with men. The few experiences i have had have actually been nice.

I arranged a 3 some with a ltfb and a new man. He was very nervous as he hadn't met either of us. I helped him relax before he and my friend did anything. You're more comfortable with a woman and hopefully the couple will ease you in as I did with my new friend. The advice on gay forums (and let's face it, those guys are the experts) is *not* to use any kind of enema for internal cleaning before anal - it'll eliminate all internal lining in the anus, increasing the risk of tearing (and of catching something).
