Just recently, there has been a huge influx of fake profiles using pictures downloaded from other websites, profiles asking you to leave an email or even telephone numbers advertised

I just wanted to leave a few tips on how to find out if profiles are genuine. First of all, when looking at the photograph something has posted, Right click on the photograph and click copy, then paste in Google search. It will ask you if you would like to search and image, at that point it will bring up any websites that have that photograph on them already

Lots of profiles asking for email addresses to be left, DO NOT do this unless you can verify as real and genuine. If you do you could run the risk of a virus, bribery etc

I've never yet in three years of being on here seen a fake profile

Look to see if they are verified from play meets, and how recent and numerous they are. The more they have and the more recent to more likely they are to be real.

Then you are very lucky, you only have to go through the first page of new members male, female or couples there are so many with stolen photographs just trying to help

Great advice. This hasn't failed for us yet.

Clubs are also great. Never seen a fake profile in one.

I spot them all the time one lad says Hess ff couple quiet clear by profile wording he's a single gay guy

It's pretty simple to spot a fake profile especially when it's a guy pretending to be a single female, I have reported several profiles I've suspected of being fake to the administration team and low and behold the next minute the profile had disappeared So do what we do and just report them !!!
