"Honestly, if you are that inflexible, be wary of injury at home. And if its been a long time since you exercised, check with your GP first, and see what they suggest. I am working on qualifying to teach bodybalance just now, but would be wary to suggest anything at home as technique is important, and its so easy to do damage doing it wrong. " Best exercise I know to stretch my thighs is a man between my legs, holding my legs wide apart so he can gain good access.
