Penetration too painfull

Ladies any of you mature enough to have suffered from an inability to take a cock or even a finger what is apparently due to the vagina losing its elasticity. I was with some one who wants to have penetration but it is too painful like tearing skin so it seems

How old is the lady? Her gp will be able to help if the cause is physical also if it's psychological.

In the mean time use extra lube the more expensive such as Sylk is better and lots of patience and try other ways of showing your sexual desire for each other.

Out of interest how is sylk better, curious as we've never used it.

I'm speaking from an older woman's point of view. It is a moisturiser as well as a lubricant and when you reach a certain age you can sometimes need that.

Yes plenty of lubrication is key maybe try with dildos of differing sizes to train her muscles a bit? A friend of mine had to do that after having kids and became very tight down there. If not tell her not to fret she can still make love without penetration xxx

Personally I would say pay attention to foreplay and lots of it. Gentle, not aggressive to relax and stimulate rather than trying too hard. Use a nice lube too. Hope this helps x

More likely to be lichen sclerosis the skin splits and the vulva can fuse in parts needs careful handling. If she has been seeing a doctor she would have been given a strong steroid ointment. if she hasnt seen a doctor yet then its a skin specialist she needs to be directed too .

This was my first thought too. Fibroids amongst other things can cause the involuntary tightening. If it is vaginisimus it's not a quick fix. Get her to see her GP for a proper diagnosis.

It could possibly be post menopause dryness if the lady has gone or is going through the menopause. Get her to talk to her GP, who should be able to recommend what to use.

There's a menopause related condition called vaginal atrophy which is in effect like having internal eczema.

Vaginal dryness can be the first symptom and it can vary from mild to very severe.

Sounds like your friend needs a proper diagnosis, if it's this or one of the other problems then correct treatment will be needed and suggestions of different sized dildoes to "train" the muscles are more likely to cause long term damage.
