So I've been seeing a girl on and off for a while now just for nsa but she said the other night she wants to try anal sex. I haven't a problem with that but she has a few piles around/on her bum hole. Will these cause a problem during anal sex?

Thanks guys for the comments. I know to and it slow and use plenty of lube I wasn't thinking of going straight in haha maybe a finger or small you first. And what's the best ways or the girl to prepare for anal we don't have Douche.

If any piles rupture or tear you will jolly well know about it!

Piles are mostly a form of prolapse....anal sex will only make the situation worse.

But if you are both up for it then as others have said...go gently, plenty of lube and DO douche first guys!

Thanks everyone I will look at buying a douche and will tell her and see what she thinks. I will also go carful and sort of train her up. Are you sure they're piles and not just loose skin? Piles are painful and will make anal sore no matter how much lube you use though for some the pain is the attraction.

Why would you think that? I was just wanting advice. I didn't ask the girl about doing it she ask me to and I said I was unsure as I didn't want to hurt her. Think I've got all the advice now so thank you I will see how we get on.

External piles can't just be 'treated' with some sort of medication, then expected to disappear.

If she has numerous external haemorrhoids that she's had for a while, she'd be very foolish to have anal sex, regardless of lube, being 'warmed up', or technique.

Haemorrhoidectomy or banding is the only thing that significantly reduces piles. And it's a pricey business.
