finding things daunting

Hi all prity new to the scene and am finding it difficult to know what say to people when contacting them as im not good at expressing myself viva messages and I feel this is holding me back any thoughts. Thanx Acer-j

In a first message keep it brief and friendly then let it develop from there. Ask questions and take your cue from the answers.

Everyone was a newbie at some point so keep that in mind. Be yourself & folk will be more likely to respond to that.

ALWAYS read the persons profile carefully, & read it again to be sure you understand what appeals to them & what they are looking for.

Form your questions from the basis that you're interested in what they are looking for & how they respond to any questions.

Keep it light, good natured, positive & preferably with a good dose of humour.

I know everyone says it over and over but it really is right,

Go to socials and parties, the more you interact the more people you meet the better the messaging becomes as you dont feel daunted or wonder what to say.

You get a good feel for people and can read them better.

I have same problem when it comes to sending a first message. Is very hard for single guys on here.

Like someone said earlier, socials and clubs is the way to go. Be sociable and make friends first and the opportunities to play will follow naturally. Pls, by making a few friends, you won't have to meet new people every time you go.

Use Fab to keep in touch with the friends you make and use the forums to find out what's on where.

Seriously though...

arrogance/confidence & getting the balance right can be difficult, some ladies want you to tell them about all the wonderful things you can do & some ladies will think your a cock when you do! Lol bloody nightmare!

Just be attentive, pay attention, read the writing wall on the wall...That should at least give you an idea what not to say or in most cases what they're not looking for and what will get you blocked

DON'T be daunted by it though, knocked back is on the internet is easily forgotten
