Best place to host gangbang in Edinburgh

Going to be hosting a M/M gangbang any tips on the best place to host.

Looked at getting a room from a chain hotel, wondered if there were better options?

Renting a flat is one option but don't want to find owner lives downstairs, etc.

This is going to be in or near Edinburgh.
