You can buy stuff separate and put it together yourself ( Which is what we did.) Or you can get one of the kits. Realistic makes a good one. Then you can buy extra attachments for it as needed ( different sizes and shapes.)

I'm something similar I call it monster think mine maybe a wee bit thicker..must get pics up...its coming with me on a road trip soon here's hoping it reaches the parts others dont

It's thicker, wow!...that ones is 9inches in circumfrence I couldn't take it i'm scared of it. I have tried one that is slighty smaller and smooth. That one has like a big bellend on it, and i'm scared it will turn me inside out lol.
