I'm not entirely sure yet. Not that in anyway I don't like natural Boobs...their great. But rently I have just found myself becoming overly attracted to women to have fake Boobs.

My wife suffered from breast cancer and had a rather large lump removed which resulted in one breast being smaller than the other, so a bi-lateral reduction was performed which more or less rectified the situation.

I lost my boob through breast cancer last year and had a reconstruction done and I agree make most of what you have

I think if there are at least curves on a lady's body I'm happy, fake or not is irrelevant to me. Some boobs can look less desirable to my personal taste, but that's the same for everyone really.

Hubby would hate me to get fake boobs.. I love mine.. I gota say.. Been with fake boob women and they were not us.. The girls thought they were Soo hot because of fake boobs but were Def not..happened a few times now! It Has scared us. Not saying all are like this though xx

We prefer natural. Sometimes implants end up creating very wide clevages. That doesn't really do it for us. Each to their own though.

I do t think anyone should generalise about boobs whether fake or not as they don't know the circumstances as to why some people have had them done, and to be vilified and called for having them done isn't fair either.

I had my boobs 'enhanced' after a cancer in 1998 left me with nothing and my self esteem as far as buying clothes was rock bottom, after careful consideration and a lot of saving I had the op in 2007, and it's the best thing I ever did.

My friend who had a double mastectomy last year can only wish she could have hers done as part of her fantastic recovery

I have gone under the knife. I have 3 lots of reconstructive surgery and undergoing my 4th this year "

Good luck with that I was lucky only needed one surgery for reconstruction along with mastecyomy last October

I guess for women if you are lucky enough to have boobs that look nice and are in proportion to the rest of you then you would state that you don't see the point of fake boobies. I would love to be able to improve on mine so that they look right, but I have other priorities.

I too had breast cancer not too long ago, have new boobs which are great. Given the choice i would have preferred to have kept my pert little boobies.

I have yet to find a woman with implants who is 'cockier' most women I have met are very self conscious of them and not always in a good way......I am the one most likely to let randomers feel mine and I am the first one naked at a party so I have loads more confident than my friends with implants....I guess new found happiness with your body after being self conscious for so long would look cocky to someone who didn't understand the journey they had gone through

Its very rare that I wear outfits that show mine off. I prefer to keep them covered up. And I never offer to let people have a feel of them! If friends ask to have a feel to see what they feel like then i let them. But I certainly don't go around asking people to feel them. Very few people even know I've had a boob job. It's not something I've broadcast to my family and friends.

I haven't but my friend did. She was a gg cup and very droopy. She wanted to keep the size but have them less droopy. Usually when they uplift you lose some size so she had the uplift and then a very small implant to keep them at the size. She's very happy. Ive seen the scarring and even 2 years after the op it was barely visible.

She hasn't but it is a risk. She hated hers so much that she was prepared for it though but she was ok.

There is a high risk of that ^^ higher than what they tell you.... I have no feeling in my nippers whatsoever now ..in fact my whole left breast..feels completely numb. .could bite it stab it and I wouldn't know ...but ...I like the look so it's swings and roundabouts x

Mine are huge and natural which is great for me but if I had a mastectomy I wouldn't hesitate to get reconstructive surgery......same if I had kids and they disappeared or I was naturally flat - it's more important that the person is happy in their skin than if they were naturally grown. A lot of people on this thread are saying fake is bad without thinking the reason why someone would choose to undergo a massive operation unless they felt so awful before that this was the only way they could feel happy about themselves........I would prefer a happy woman with fake boobs to a sad woman who can't look at herself or let others look at them because they are too self conscious
