Amazed at folk that think viagra etc are be all and end all. They are prescribed medication for a reason if you have no erectile issues then stay clear.

This! Taking it without medical need, when you dont know if it might affect you, should you ever need it medically in future, seems silly.

Theres not much evidence, if any, for goat and its a big genus of plants, so you could be ingesting anything. Some cabbage could give the same results but be cheaper.
