condoms and aural sex advice

Obviously it goes without say that in casual encounters we should all practice safe sex. But I'm wondering what the story is regarded aural sex. Especially in a group situation. Anyone have any advice or a point of view

Use a dental dam when performing ORAL (aural is still a real word so spell checker won't highlight it)

There are people on here who have performed oral sex without a condom for years and never been infected.

If however you are really bothered then use a condom but when considering the risk you should also try and avoid other far more risky activities.

For instance touching other human beings. Going out without a mask and gloves. Driving or travelling on public transport. Cycling!! Eating uncooked food (e.g. salads). Etc. Cancer kills 1:5 of the country so good luck.

We have never ever yet seen anyone use a dental dam in a play situation... And while I've had the odd guy ask me to give him oral with a condom on I would decline

I think the vast majority on here wouldn't use condoms for oral sex x

The risks of unprotected oral sex can be more if your have poor oral hygiene/gum disease such as when you spit blood when you brush your teeth.

(Ignoring the obvious...)

I use condoms or dental dams when performing oral. I have gum disease (as a large portion of the nation does) and I feel it's too risky to have genital-mouth contact with people that I'm not fluid bonded with.
