This may sound crazy, but go lube free for a couple of meets...

I've found lube can make you a bit cocky, so to speak. Urges you to rush to penetration when the lady isn't ready. By stopping using it, you will naturally find yourself upping the foreplay in order to take the big chap naturally.

Turn that square hole into a round one through perseverence rather than taking shortcuts.

Also - as you are well aware, female arousal is as much psychological as physical. If you have any apprehension about the size of a dick, then you are going to tense up and become tighter anyway. It is a self fulfilling prophecy.

I don't like toys,they aren't vagina friendly. Fingers and tongue would be better,for me anyway,and then slow penetration. Some condoms,like the extra safe ones,can dry me out so a little lube if necessary,but not loads. Lube reduces friction it doesn't relax muscle tissue

try some different lube not all lubes the same, my favourite is give lube , they make it all silicone, water, flavoured, anal and bbc lube. hope this helps
