A chap from here won't stop phoning me and texting me. Over 20 times since this morning. I have told him to go away. I have reported his account. What else should I do?

Get your net work supplier to block his number

Ask your phone provider to block the number, or politely tell him that any more messages and you will contact the police

Install a number blocker app from your fone that's free, then just add his number to the ignore list, so he cant fone x.

block his number if you can and don't reply to any of his calls / texts

if it continues tell your service provider .. most take nuisance callers very seriously

give him this message:

i am warning you NOT to contact me again or i will report you to the police!

contact your service provider get his number blocked. if he persists contact the police it is STALKING!

Thanks everyone, I had no idea this was possible. I am with giffgaff so I am not sure if they will do it.

I have told him I will call the police but says they won't do anything. (sounds like he's been here before!)

they will! suprisingly fast if my experience was anything to go by...visited his home about 4 hours after i made the report...never heard from him again...but got a call from the police a month later to confirm i'd had no more trouble....they take this a lot more seriously than i expected!

Keep all messages and calls drop down to your local police station explaining your problem and show them your evidence you av kept in your phone and see what they say too you .

He's trying to bluff you.

As you've already warned him that you will call the Police, you should go ahead and do just that.

They will trace his number and he WILL get a visit.

It is harassment and is a criminal offence.
