Progesterone only pill

Switched to this pill recently and have missed the 3 hour window when taking it. Took one at about 3 1/2 hours... Started spotting. Is there any way I can stop it? Could I double up on a pill today?

Any suggestions would be great!

Should stop on its own. Doubling up probably won't help. Just take tomorrow's at normal time.

Remember you need extra contraception if you're more than 3 hours late

Spotting is normal on it anyway, usually gone after a few hours

I still had full on periods while on this....spotting would have been preferred haha

Does it make you less mental than the combined one? I had to come off It coz I was a she beast...

My friend was similar, she said it was totally different. On combined pill she had mad mood swings throughout the day. On pop she says she's settled all the time, no mad swings. She does seem a lot more chilled. x

Cerazette also turned me into a raving psychopath and I don't use the term lightly... Waking up at 3am crying for no reason, physically assaulting people over minor arguments and generally feeling a whole sense of darkness and despair despite having a job I love, family who support me and did everything for me and a nice boyfriend (now hubby) who treated me like the most beautiful princess in the world.... It was a dark time that I quickly put a stop to lol
