Fairly simple question,

but what is the best method of anal douching??? Or what are the options?

Buy a purpose made doush..or if you can find one a tap shower ..take the head of it...both methods are fine...use warm not hot water ..body temp preferably... with the shower use a trickle of water ..u will need lube to insert it (waterproof obv) DO NOT USE ANY SORT OF POWERED SHOWER!!!

Doush 3 times and you are squeaky clean

I have been looking for one of these for a while. They all tend to have large bulbs which having small hands I find difficult to use. Does anyone know of one with a smaller bulb? Or something I might find easier to use?

And preferably have a good clearout before you do it.

You could always rub a bit of Colgate Toothpaste round your hole to give you " A Ring Of Confidence!".

The one i use when travelling has a small bulb..other things ive heard of people using include a Tomato sauce dispenser (the red one u see cafes etc lol)...or u could use a large bladder syringe..60mls ..but this would need using more than 3 times

i bought an old fashion tap mixer from hardwear shop the type that pushes onto the taps , then i can get temp and pressure correct , ohh by the way when douching remember to let it work so fill stand up for a few secs the n empty otherwise you only empty the rectum not the colon, happy shaggin , xx
