B'ham/ notts

Looked at a venue in Nottingham.

Considering to open a club for social + more.

Would like input, what you would like to see, have?

As we're in modelling process all options are exploitable.

- share your thoughts.

The reason that there are no clubs in Nottingham at present is because the council will not give planning consent for them. They seem to be very prudish and have been trying to close down all ventures of an adult nature in recent years. Even sex shops have been struggling with licence issues.

I hope that your plans come to fruition and wish you good luck

Point taken -. So the venue I have, could it not be run as a pvt functions event.?

We use it for social events as a hired venue.

If you are planning to charge an entry fee you'll have no chance of getting permission. If it's a purely social venue with no play then you may be ok

So does it have play rooms, sauna, hot tub and more as most if not all clubs have?

Also the council make you pay an extra £14k just for being a sex related business.
