Ex partner still using couple profile

Me and my now ex were on here as a couple and he's still using the couple profile, I have no acces to it as he's changed the password. There's no public or friends only pics on there but for all I know he could have pics of me set to private. I have reported it but it's still there and he's still using it. I have personally asked him to change it and he hasn't but wat else can I do about it if anything?
