Oh yes it is.....Short profile, I know, not asking how to get my messages read, I just wondered......What are you friendly fabbers suggestions when your message is read but not deleted?

THey've not messaged back so they can't be that interested, but there was obviously something there to not evoce a delete or a block...... How would the girls/couples react to another message? What do the guys do? What makes for a good second message?

Cheers

These drive me crazy

My suggestion is to simply delete all read so you don't linger over them / read too much into it

I just said a polite 'no thank you' and got a rude response, plus he blocked me.

And guys wonder why they dont get a reply?

All it means is they haven't deleted it yet

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

I rarely delete messages after Ive read them....in my case it just means that I havent got around to doing a bulk delete. Nothing more cryptic than that Im afraid.

Yeah I think I'm gonna start deleting all read. I keep watching the read but not deleted ones and keeping my fingers crossed lol.

I normally assume that an instant delete is a no, of course i could be missing out, but then again if i message again it looks like pestering.

Sometimes if its a longer time read but undeleted i may message again, politely and with out begging (although somehow it feels like it still).

I also use the private notes function to note these things, then at least if i forget what was said etc i can at least refer to that.

Yeap I always do a bulk delete every few days or so, STOP looking at your sent messages, it means nothing!

After a ceryain amoubt of messages the naturally drop out of your inbox anyway so sometimes people dont delete they just leave them to vanish over time

Stay away!!! That's what it means! They're obviously unorganised types who have no idea about inbox management! I mean can you imagine what they're houses are like let alone their bits!

As said above, delete all your sent messages, looking at them won't change the outcome. Some like to read a message when out & about then reply later to it. Some won't. Don't message again or we'll have another thread about 'impatient men'

I don't delete mine straight away, I tend to do a mass delete once I've saved messages a I want to keep/currently chatting with

Ignore your sent message folder. Delete all its contents.

If a reply comes later down the line, happy days but you won't miss what you don't know about

Everyone's different.

I read and forget to delete.

I read & delete

I don't read & delete.

I have replied to a follow up message sent a while after the 1st simply because it caught my eye, nothing more nothing less.

Our profile explains that sometimes 'he' opens any messages but leaves the replies to me . .

Maybe others do that . .

B & M Bargains

I tend to read quite quickly but even if I'm totally certain I won't reply, I don't delete straight away as I've had a few men send follow up messages asking why I've deleted. Easier to wait until a time they may have forgotten they ever messaged me

If I were you I would delete all my sent messages so you wont know if they read, deleted or whatever no point treating them like queens by praying for your message to be read
