hi i need some photo ID, i notice loads of sites are offering proof of age cards, are they all legit? can anyone recommend me an official site i can get one off please, no idea what i'm doing.

I shall be intetested in this, as i have no id.back in the day, all you needed was your birth certificate.

Combination of birth certificate, household bill no older than 3 months and a P60 (or any other official document with your National Insurance on) is usually accepted in place of photo ID.

Most of the Proof of Age cards are only available up to a certain age, I think around 25.

Depends on what you need it for really, to get into pubs etc as proof of age etc most Sainsburys have ID forms for id cards recognized by most authorites.

For adult stuff in the UK e.g. some profiles or ID for filming/camming you need a passport/driving license.

Yeah, i've been told i need:

'Photo ID - passport, ID card, driving licence or UK proof of age card.'

Gonna have to get the proof of age card, i can't get a drivers license or passport. Need to know where to get the proof of age card, was right in the middle of sorting out loads of bookings and my account is on hold until i can get one of those ID.

Yeah, i've been told i need:

If it is for an adult account regarding pics/films it will have to be drivers license or passport, i set up lots of accounts for models i shot & the sites need to two above or at least one like e.g. AW.

When i shoot a model i need both drivers license & passport as nothing else can be taken for ID with the release forms.

Most ID does need a referee... Why can you not get one for a passport? The list on who can do it is pretty wide.

Because those poeple have to have a passport as well, and know you for two years. I don't know two people like that.

I give up. Really do. Found a site that says you could do ID so long as you had proof of NHS and some other stuff i did have proof of, turns out you still need a referee, of course only tells you this after you filled the form in.

Thanks anyway all who replied. Wish they needed all this proof for me to have to pay my taxes, but of course they don't need it then do they.

My surgery uses locums so they're never there for long, definitely not two years (it's a private company).

Do you know your post master at your local post office as he can sign a passport, also teachers, councillors and other local government workers.

It is a pain i know as a girl i worked with a few weeks ago was trying to do the same thing.

Yeah i got a school headmistress who said she'd be oa referee, not found anyone else. My health visitor said she would around the same time but then she left her job, obviously she had other priorities so i understood why she forgot about it.

Making plans for the next sites anyway, even if i get deleted i'm a fast enough worker to grab a few people on my way out...luckily the last site was very active so i got enough messages to grab a few people on the last site, although didn't manage to grab mr face sitter, which is a shame coz i was looking forward to meeting him.

They said they won't accept provisional licenses.

Might just make a new account and get some of the people i've met to verify me and see if the site accepts that, if they don't i'll probably be able to grab more people again before they delete me lol.

If they won't accept a provisional then they are hardly likely to accept some card from the net that doesn't have access to certified information about you.

They will, but after looking into it it's because it's a similar process to the passport so i can't even get one anyway. It's ok, i'll get sorted. Had my sulk and off i'm going again, getting help here and there.
