Head around Dam square if you fancy a meal,drink etc or take a 10 min walk over the many small bridges into the red light area.Its an eye opener lol,go to the Museum of Sex,very interesting.But a word of warning,its expensive over there like most big cities so we stayed away from the tourist areas and saved a fortune.Expect to pay about £6 for a pint tho

Live sex shows are nothing compared swinging clubs over here . Banana bar was good although expensive and have attractive pushy dancers .. Who don't like it when you keep your money in your pockets

We had a good time at the Same Place club. It's cheap to get in (when we went, couples admission was free, you just had a minimum bar spend of €25), drinks sensibly priced and there were plenty of interesting people to talk too. It's not so much a swingers club, more like a bar with play areas. Definitely worth checking out - Google it for the website.

If you go up near the train station you can get half for 1 euro. Dam square is the most expensive, leidensplein (might have spelt it wrong) is not so expensive and a nice area

If you can make the trip, fun4two (couples only) is well worth visiting but is closer to Rotterdam. On the face of it at 125 Euros it's pricey but that includes a great meal and unlimited alcohol. If you head North a little on the train to Zaandam and take a 5 minute taxi, Showboat is well worth a visit although single guys can be bothersome.

It is a variety of Skunk, sold pretty much in every coffee shop but different in each. Tasty & had me falling off my seat laughing for most of the night, of course different effects for different people. If you enjoy a shmoke...you'll enjoy most of the flavours out there

To be honest we felt the same. The RLD was over run with d*unken stag groups. The sex shops were all generic and seemed to sell nothing different from those in the UK.

We had an evening at Fata Morgana. Great club, stunning couples but bizarrely nobody was swinging! It all seemed to be about exhibitionism with their own partner.

Maybe we just set our expectations too high.

Hi we are regulars to Amsterdam.

Live sex show Cassio Rossa look for pink elephant.

Banana bar ok pushy lap dancer girls though.

Best clubs fanta and fun for two but quite a taxi fare from Amsterdam.

We have visited paradise Friday night better than Saturday lots of trawling men though beware even when you lock the doors they are banging and trying to get in

We like the showboat good layout friendly and can smoke and drink there. Use the taxi firm advertised on the website about 40 euros.

Same place did not like full of men offering to pay your drink bills for a quick fuck not very pleasant !!

Hope that helps have a nice chilled time visit the coffee shops too

We visit la vie en proost in rld or la vie deux near Leidseplein both are lap dancing clubs €5 entry drinks can be expensive if you have shots bottle of bud is €8 and dances cost €10 or €20 most of the girls are lovely and treat the couples nice especially the fems of the couple.

Personally I like the B1 cinema, Reguliersbreestraat 4. It is near the Munt Tower south of Dam Square and above the B1 sex shop. It has a 1st floor cinema showing straight porn and then apparently gay porn on the 2nd floor screen and dark play maze on the 3rd. I have only been with my ex who didn't want to explore beyond the 1st floor. We found this a fun if somewhat sleazy place to put on a show. We tended to wait until we could get one of the sofas at the back and then start. We always got lots of interest and enjoyed some additional hands fondling. When my wife want them to back off a bit a simple no always seemed to suffice.
