Can't Accommodate, Can't Travel

I'm seeing this more and more on peoples profiles, surely that's going to cut down on who's going to contact you? Or just make others think your a fake?

Unless your next door neighbour happens to a swinger who can accommodate.

Some people take absolutely no notice of this. I have in the first line of my profile that I'm not interested in people who can't accommodate as I don't but still get guys who can't message me. As for your OP, I'd assume they only meet locally.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Often can't travel means they rely on public transport, so cannot jump in the car at the drop of a hat, or are not willing to travel great distances.

Can't accommodate is one I like to see explained - I explain it on my profile.

Can't accommodate, use of hotels, playmates home, club, neutral venue.

Can't travel, public transport, taxis, being picked up or even walking.

Not that big a mystery really........

sometimes cann't accomodate means not able to have others stay overnight, but can play there.

More likely means they meet in clubs and they look for people rather than wanting people to look for them

We have 'can't accomodate' for the obvious reason i have a 15yr old nosey teenager in the bedroom next door & an even nosier 85yr old mother in law living next door.....

Can't travel - i think it should be changed to 'not prepared to travel more than....' however many miles your radius is.

Personally we won't travel far distance (15-20 miles) to meet someone if we have never met them before because i'm a fussy fecker & like to meet before deciding if i want to play. Makes sense not to travel far if we don't know if we are going to play....

Clubs & parties are great for eliminating both of these issues.

This is true.

I cant accommodate as i have children at home due to being a single m

I cant travel...its not a matter of cant its a matter of i wont travel miles due to be let down in the past by guys who state on their profiles can accommodate n can travel. They were fake!!!

I will travel to clubs

Should they have to? If it says they do neither on the right hand side and that doesn't appeal to you, then move on.

If i start chatting to someone and we agree to meet then options for the meet will be discussed at that stage with that person and not everyone on the site.

I've put I don't accom....because I don't ( children of all ages at home ).

I've put I can't travel ... Because I can only travel locally by buses .

I have meets and.lots.of fun

I don't make any comment about why it says that....am I being naive in expecting people to apply a little common sense? Genuinely don't get why this is an issue at all....unless of course you're specifically looking for someone who can accommodate in which case yes, I'd rather they didn't contact me because I can't

Doesn't appear to be harming my chances of meeting....and it's not something that even occurs to me to look at on men's profiles either....

That's a good idea as I have a car but won't travel more than an hour so having mileage would be good

Perhaps they don't want strangers who they met on a sex site , coming to their home, and don't want to travel hours .

There are plenty of people local who can meet and can accomadate , just pick them

The tick boxes don't give you much of an option either way to explain a personal situation so it is easier to put can't accommodate, can't travel....people don't seem to actually read a profile anyway but if they did I've put a bit of an explanation on. Lol I've got on a plane for a FB before but still putting won't travel is easier!

See, I can't accom or travel AND I have one of those letter cages on my letterbox.

Someone should just revoke my Fab membership now, before I cause any more trauma or heartache!

i live with family,so cant accom.

i dont drive or use trains,so i cant travel.i meet blokes who are staying in local hotels or can accom.

single fems have to be very carefull in where and meet with anyways.they have to protect their privacy and meet where they feel safe.always close to home though.we have all travelled only to be stood up.
