What I look for is a decent first message that engages my interest enough to make me respond rather than send to the recycle bin with the many others I receive. I could also choose to use harsher filters and not receive any messages at all, in which case profile text that makes me want to know more and decent pics that show a person rather than just an appendage helps. I will also do a forum search if I'm interested in the person to see what/if they've posted and how they interact on here.

If you keep your profile exactly how it is, the way you break the ice will be totally irrelevant as most women will look at the profile without even reading the message. Maybe take advantage of your profession and write a little more about yourself and have a good selection of pics, a cock pic will make most women reach for the delete button.

Send a message that says a bit about you, what you're looking for, comment on things she talks about in her profile and send a face pic.

From the responses above though, you can obviously see that regardless of your approach, if you dont have an attractive profile to back it up your message is likely to get deleted.

Its worth listening to the advice to change your avatar...perhaps a nice torso or bum pic would serve you better, and flesh out your profile text a bit.
