I am not sure there will be any actual statistics for this.... But done many ourselves and neither had a problem.

You have to just decide if it's worth the risk.

I'd suggest that if you are at all concerned then you use a condom for the times when other people are in contact with your penis.

As with everything, there are always risks. You have to weigh the risk and take precautions.

For me the precaution I take for vaginal or anal penetrative sex is to wear a condom as, if she has anything, the risk of catching it from unprotected penetrative sex to either is quite high.

On the other hand for BJs the risk of getting anything she may already have is a lot lower and the risk of getting anything anyone else who had been there just before you and left his load is even smaller. So I'm happy doing that bear.
