I'm confused. Can someone please help?

I understand that posting about private messages is off limits - two sides to the story and all that. But how is it then okay for one person to post a thread about details of what happened on a meet? Doesn't make sense to me - surely again that should come under the heading of two sides to each story?

Clarification from someone would help. Thank you

Been warned about public laundry myself but I get bashed here for comments and don't see sometimes how im doing something everyone else isn't

Curious, isn't it?

You can't name and shame. Two sides to each story. Fair enough. You can't post details of private messages, even if you don't say with whom you've been talking. Presumably as that is private. Fair enough.

But what is more private than a meet? Why is it acceptable to post details of these? Surely that is the most private thing we do on here. Of course, details can be given in veris - but we each have the option of not posting these. Should there not be a rule about posting any details of a private meet on a thread?

I hasten to say we haven't experienced this. Just seen these sort of threads about

I agree with you cant name and shame.

As for talking about meets on here, nothing wrong with it long as no names are mentioned.
