"Speaking from experience quick fix diets dont work, I've done every diet going, loosing weight fast means not eating enough and eventually you'll need to start eating again and re gain the weight, the quicker you loose it the quicker you put it back on Not much help I know but being realistic " Figured as much . "Can anyone please advise me on a quick fix weight loss plan. (I fully understand that the sensible option is a healthy diet and regular exercise and gradual weight loss due to making healthy lifestyle changes ) I have been unable to do my usual exercises due to illness and have been comfort eating whilst at home resulting in me now being mega fatty. I am back to normal now hitting the gym and cutting out the junk food however I desperately need to shift some flab asap. Help please. Mrs massive and miserable." I am serious use the sacred heart diet, follow it day1 - day 7 you make a massive bowl of vegetable soup follow instructions, its not just soup but you never go hungry because the more veg soup you have the more you lose, i have lost over 20 ln in a month. I did a week on and two weeks off but eatting fairly healthy then a week on, no bull shit it works x | |||

"Cut out carbohydrates from your diet. That includes alcohol. When you get down to your target weight then weigh yourself once a week. My son comes home from his dads every week with a bag full of junk sweets and chocolate!! More than any child should have in a month let alone a week. I always end up eating it! My willpower when it comes to kids sweets is non existant! | |||

"It doesn't really matter what diet you do, it boils down to eating less calories than you burn off. The average person burns off about 1700 cals a day just living, light movements etc, more if you have a more active job etc. As long as you eat less than you burn off you are guarenteed to lose weight. You could eat 10,000 calories a day, as long as you burn off 10,001 it will go (all be it very slowly!) to lose 1lb of fat you need a deficit of roughly 3500 calories, so if each day you limit yourself to say 1200cals in food (carbs, no carbs, only chocolate whatever) then burn off 500 cals through exercise you should lose 2lb a week. All these fad diets (Atkins/juicing/slimming world etc) boil down to you having a lower calorie intake so its just about finding one that you can stick to " | |||

Have a look at slim and save it's a Complete meal replacement. Results are amazing as long as you stick 100% to it. It's like lighter life only cheaper xx | |||

Now I'm slimmer and ive bulked up (which is what I wanted). Dieting is key but exercise regularly and that will beat any diet | |||
