I have been verified by another member & want to send them one but it says its been saved but they haven't received it? What am i doing wrong? Oh im new on here x

Have they said they haven't received it or is it just not showing on their profile? For it to show on their profile they have to click a button, it doesn't show automatically. If it's not showing at all for them could it be that you have shared an internet connection? This can stop them from working
