South Hams and Bath

My girlfriend and I are keen to try Kestrels but don't know anyone, is it a good idea to go on the second Wednesday of the month when they have the open day?

Just looking for a little help in breaking the ice.

as you are going as a cple you could go any time you like as you can support eachother so you wont be alone, however kestrels is a very open and relaxed place so you should be fine , tell the staff you are new and they will reassure look after you so go and enjoy

The staff are brilliant and will make sure you're ok. Spend a few minutes in the hot tub and someone will as likely as not engage you in conversation. You'll be fine whichever day you go on.
