Without wanting to sound to gross.. ive not gor access to any form of anal irrigation/dousche.. can anyone advise me of a way to 'clsan myself' internally for anal..pm me if youd prefer

I think you're best off buying something designed specifically for the purpose, I can't imagine any household object that would be safe or easily sterilized. Why are you reticent to buy, if it's because you don't want anyone else to know you're using it imagine the awkward situations that could occur if you used a household object .

Having thought about it what about one of those sauce or mustard dispensers with a nozzle? That could be sterilized too.
