I'm a site supporter and I like to save some of my message threads but why when I go back a week or two later are some, or all bar one, of the messages missing from within the threads?

yeah they disappear, i think you'd have to save every message from the conversation.

it's possible that once your sent messages fall off the first page they disappear as well, and maybe deleting sent messages after that would bring them back, but i've never tried this.

Once I've saved the actual thread I always delete both the sent and received messages from my in and out boxes, otherwise what's the point of saving the thread?

This disappearing act does not happen to every thread, just some of them

not sure if the other person deleting them would affect anything? if it does then i don't see the point in saved messages myself.

site can glitch though, so it might be that? will let someone like admins reply and find out.

It's changed It used save the whole conversation, since I've been back this year I've noticed the difference saving messages is only helpful when a pictures attached.

I really miss being able to jeep track
