Hi everyone,

I'm completely new to the whole swingers scene. But im a single guy horny as hell 24/7 so figured it would be great chance to:

A: relax and meet great people and make friends in the process

B: hopefully make a friend with benefits.

The problem is im very shy and at the moment feel like a fish out of water. Ive been to 2 socials so far at Amours in Manchester, this second time was easier and I wasnt as nervous. But there havent been any women around my age going to the socials. And im really eager to have some fun.

Is it early days? Can anyone give me some hints to making a success of my goals above from your experience?

Keep going to the socials and meeting people which gives others the chance to see that you are genuine. The whole meeting fems on the other hand isn't so easy there are so many men in here you have to make yourself stand out from the rest xx

As others have said already, keep going to the socials. Its virtually impossible for men to stand out on this site, so you need to makesure you keep going to get your face recognised and for people to get to know you a little.

You will probably always be a little nervous. We still get that before a meet/club visit and we love the nervous excitement, its part of the buzz for us and if we stopped feeling that, we'd know its time to take a break from the scene. Good luck, you've already taken the biggest steps

For saying that you've only been here for 3 weeks youre doing fine. On average it takes up to 6 months to meet someone and get verified. Keep doing what you're doing, go to socials, get your face known and chat to people. In going to socials you're already doing more than most guys are, let that count for you.

Work on your profile and selling yourself, its a marathon not a sprint

Awesome advice everyone thanks, its very much appreciated and I thank you for your time in replying. Will look into my profile text too, always great to get a 3rd persons view. Its hard to write about yourself and get yourself in one without the waffle lol.

Thats interesting and great to know. I think i can understand what you're saying, I guess that though you may get familiar with the whole swinging scene, meeting new people is like doing it all over again on day one. Thanks and have a great week.

Thank you. I do hope that my friendly and respectful personality will help in that matter. I've heard stories of some guys harassing women and crossing acceptable borders perhaps on interaction. I believe we're here to meet people and put smiles on faces and if connections are made... faces on smiley places

but respect is a must for the long run
