Yes we have our real ages as our profile ages, we run a club night once a month and sometimes trying to contact people it's impossible as they have age restrictions is it worth lowering our ages so at least one of us fits into the under 40's catogary and putting a note in our profile?

no. It may be seen as a cheat to be able to contact anyone. If your blocked my someone because of age, or any other grouping, just accept it.

Good point actually, thanks, it's not a case of contacting them for a meet its to see if they want to try a club night, but I get your point x

Maybe create a club night professional. Put 2 ages and just declare in text. Seems fair.

That crossed our minds but we try to be different from other hosts who try to lure you to the clubs and are paid to do that with no chance of swinging with them, we play too, we've built up verifications that lots are for the club night so want to maintain that, so people can see what the night is like and that we are genuine swingers

We know of a profile that doesn't have their real ages on for just that reason as they run parties and want to appeal to a wide age range. They do state this fact in their profile tho. Also as they don't play at their parties their age doesn't really matter to people attending them.

Maybe you could do the age change thing but really condense down your profile text so it's immediately obvious you play and host.... like section 1 and 2.... short paragraphs? x

That's kind of where the idea came from MM profile, great parties went to the last one and hoping to go again on 27/2

Think you'll find you're breaking site rules by contacting profiles for financial gain, presume that you are charging for your club nights? If you've got your nights listed on Organised Events our understanding is that is as far as you can go.

No financial gain we just host the nights as it's fun to encourage non clubbers to to try a club and we get to meet new people

We are newbies ourselves so know the nerves of going and as we can't accomodate we tried having meets at the club 15 mins from our house and found some people were scared to go so that's how it all started

We have experienced some very creative attempts to get round age limits!

You could always try something like that.
