So we are a couple in our late 20's and we have a small child. He stays with his grandparents every weekend (his choice!) which gives us chance to enjoy our recently found new lifestyle. We don't disclose where we go as 1: it's no ones business and 2: if my mum found out it would be on the 6o'clock news and my dad would wanna attend the club lol (he's 74 mucky bugga) lol. But it feels like our excuses are running out on where we're going. Does anyone else find themselves telling fibs but get frustrated as you wanna scream it out as your not ashamed but wish society didn't view us so badly? What excuses have people made before? X

Just wondering why an interest in sexual things makes a 74yr old a 'mucky bugger'?

Derby

Maybe you've joined a pub darts or quiz team, hence why you're always off out on a Saturday night?!

I thought this was going to be about King Richard 1st (aka Lionheart) who was famously know in England as "Richard Yay or Nay" because he was such a devious, deceitful liar - who would promise anybody the earth to get what he wanted, and totally forget his promises as soon as they were out of his sight....

You may correctly suspect that I am in seriously boring mode because I need a good seeing to....

its like the old saying of an elderly man being "an old dog" sometimes its humorous to see an "old dog" whos still got it.

Why tell them you're going anywhere? If he's at theirs then they've no idea what you're doing. You could just say you stayed in chilling with a film.

Because unfortunately we would get bombarded with phone calls if we were saying we were staying in.

We have nosey family who ask where we're going and who were going with lol
