cam wont work

north shields

we have been members for a few months and recently bought a cam to use in the chatrooms.we have since tried to change our browser. now using chrome on windows 7. we have bought other cams, now using a once called trust.and always turn off any other programs that can access the cam and still cant get the cam to work, just shows a white blank screen.does anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried the tips on this page?

Also try enabling sound or plugging a microphone in, sometimes that works ( I know it sounds odd )

Had same problem, had to click the webcam icon in settings where your cam displays and select webcam from list as it automaticlly picks the old one. Hope that helps

the cam has a built in mic and have tried chrome,internet explorer and firefox.it does work on other sites and there cam rooms just not here.

Was on can Ok last night just gone on and I've got same problem, a white screen. Mines a trust too
