Good spelling, grammar and sentence construction would be a good start.

'Text speak' developed in the SMS arena due to a maximum character limit on SMS messages. There is no such limit here, so there is no need for the use of 'text speak'

What does 'ans' mean? Do you mean 'and', although you have also used 'an' when you should have used 'and'

It might seem petty to some, but your profile is where you make your first impression - and first impressions matter. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression.

I am wondering if you read through it after you typed it, or just clicked 'save'

Try reading it through a couple of times and see how it feels.

Do you get a sense that it gives the reader any sense of your personality?

Look at all the information you are displaying too. For example, there is a little confusion over your age because, while you state in your text that you are 18, you have set your age to 19, or have you had a birthday since you wrote it?

Oh, and lose the disclaimer. Apart from taking up space on fab servers (yes, there's even a faq on the subject) it is also completely and utterly meaningless and therefore pointless. Once you have published information and / or pictures on the internet, you no longer have any rights to them as they are in the Public Domain. There are even forum threads that have discussed this.

At present, the disclaimer section of your profile is bigger than the section about you.

The stupid warning is longer than your actual profile text, plus text speak, utilise what you were taught in school rather than text, this is an adult site, I would at least try and come across as being one!

I'd like to know the names of your associates....additionally, your lengthy legal warning mixes singular and plural so reads a little nonsensical and to be brutally honest, I don't think anyone will. Do you?

Have a look at similar threads on profile advice. Type in 'profile advice' in the forum search bit. You've recognized you need a rewrite so go for it.

As others have said, get rid of the legal warning it's a load of BS.

Are you really straigh? As you are looking to meet AND received a veri from TV/Ts. Just be honest.

Your photos are poor, if all you can take are selfies on your phone, make sure you tidy up beforehand!

Might seem like we are being picky, but a poor profile is an easy filtering tool.
