The advice will be the same as all of the other 'help me' threads. Why not check in with them and see what you can do.

Show you're willing to try and improve it for yourself instead of being spoonfed the answers which invariably go ignored.

This is why I put this post up. Am not looking to copy someone else's profile but would like to know how I can improve my own, What's good, what's bad and also what is missing.

no suggestion of copying...just get an idea of what others are like, and cherry pick bits that you can adapt to yours

the shouty caps can probably go...i would delete without reading further the minute i saw shouty caps! i think they seem unnecessarily aggressive and rude even if that is not the intention

I would advise that you proofread your profile. There are several things that could be corrected. Why offer Asda whn you could offer Waitrose?

That may sound a little too much like help your self for some people

After a quick glance through all I really remember is "am am am am am"

try and break that up a bit to make it read better.
