Is it common to have a "no kissing" rule?

having said all that we think respecting boundaries is basic courtesy and choosing to not meet someone with that rule is a simple solution...

I have heard of it, usually where kissing is reserved for the couple only and the visitor is barred from kissing.

In your scenario it sounds like the guys are a bit uncomfortable about their own sexuality and nervous about accepting kissing lips that have touched cock.

That seems a shame and a loss for all.

From my own experience I have no sexual attraction to other guys, but I am also at ease with close/intimate contact with a guy when enjoying mfm.

I am guessing they will not be offering you DVP or even DP and numerous other experiences if contact via proxy makes them skittish.

Try it again with guys who are comfortable, I think you will find it a more fulfilling experience.
