Any advice welcome

We seem to be getting alot of mail from couples who say they would like to meet but there profiles say they are both straight and when we point out we are bi the answer back is they really are bi, we find this hard to understand any ideas xx

There's really nothing you can do about that! It's difficult when profiles aren't honest but what can you do? Welcome by the way!

Misread your post, hence the delete.

A lot of people simply don't bother filling out their form correctly / honestly.

Some will say they are straight so they dont scare straight people off with the Bi-thing. Same in reverse.

Sometimes it's easier to go with what people say, and get honest answers, than rely on the profiles.

we do understand that some couples profiles seem nice when we read them but honesty should play a big part from the start .and we think an honest profile is the basis of swinging and friendship ....

Well if honesty is so important how come here you say "we are bi" and yet your profile says "He is orally bi curious".

Speaking as a bi-male (one who has had relationships with men), I would find that discrepancy quite dishonest.

Unfortunately, as you'll find (and have found), too many people are not as conscientious as you, regarding profiles

It really does become a case of simply wading through the shit to find the gems.

Either way, don't let it all get you down!

thanks for advice we dont view our own profile we have changed it now and its updated you were right we have taken it onboard and will keep our profile as it should be ,,...,,..

Can only say what we would do, and that would be decline them, if people are dishonest in thier profile they can be dishonest with everything else in relation to a meet.

We get lots of mails daily from people who "won't meet smokers" then say they will - we won't meet them.

We get lots of mails and when we check the profile I am upto 20 years over thier age limits - we won't meet them either.

Sometimes we think shame as they really look good but there is always someone else who has an honest profile.

Do straight men want to suck cocks ? I am straight and I don't I am neither curious nor bi but if I was curious and found the thought worthy of experimenting I would class myself as bisexual, we each have different thoughts on that so I would not think thier profile wrong.

But some would, which was entirely my point. To some, things have definitions. Bi curious, for example, is someone who is curious. Curious tends to mean you've not yet acted on it.

For instance, I am curious about sushi, but not sure. That means I've not tried it, right?

Whereas if I said I like sushi, you'd readily assume I'd tried it.

Hence my example.

Now, back to not derailing a thread.

theres is also an issue of privacy, for example, I have several work friends that also use this site and although I dont look at their profiles they may well look at mine. So other people may be in the same position and not want the whole world to know what goes on in private.

Just a thought anyway lol

Thinking about it, what's the problem with straight couples wanting to meet you. If you're both bi that means you like to play with both men and women, doesn't necessarily mean that the fem will only play with women and the guy with men. Just playing Devils Advocate here.

how many couples who like to put 100% straight on there profiles and then have bi sexual people contacting them with straight on there profiles is that fair to anyone all we are saying is be honest it offends us in a way its like saying you should be ashamed of it ....

fair point bisexual means you re not fully gay so why cant you play with a straight couple?.or you play with eaach other straight but when meeting other couples you play bi?just asking

think you are missing the point its the profile says one thing but when they message you they say were really bi .. Lets say a profile says drug and disease free you think fine lets meet when they turn up there on drugs would you be happy a profile should be a true reflection of who you will be meeting not just a mish mash of false information aimed at what ever there motive is ..sorry this has turned into a rant lol..

This I understand but personally if I was bi and wanted to keep it "need to know" I would put that in my mail saying that we are both bi but prefer not to display that in our profile due to close friends and work colleagues also using the site.
