Your strategy for the come down after great play.

I'm sure I'm not the only one. Sometimes after great sex/play you go on a real high during and straight after. Then it can dip into a bit of a low . Especially, I've found if you've done some light BDSM in the play too being submissive . It must be different for couples, as you have the other half to cuddle etc and talk to. I'm not saying that playmates don't cuddle post play, but they can't stay forever if you're not a couple .

I just wondered how others deal with this. I tend to smile, remembering what a great time I had, cuddle up on the sofa with a movie, milky coffee, naughty chocolate bar and just be kind to myself.

Add in favourite comfy jammas after a nice hot bath, and a cosy blanket all snuggled. I also re-read messages and texts from the run up to the meet as well.

The cosy blanket is now added good idea re reading messages and texts too.

I do cuddles and kisses and go home. Always do a veri or txt and keep in contact before and after if that's what they want.

We all get it when you've had that perfect meet and then you have to go back to reality. I do sometimes hit the earth with a bang. Have a cuddle with the nippers and the dawg on the sofa that night with some rubbish telly and snuggly blanky.

I always make time for prolonged cuddles after my meets. Its great to feel your partners heartbeat slowing as she calms down. Also hate the ' used ' feeling if i have to dash off. Maybe cudfle up together with some ben and jerrys and watch a movie

A great way to slide bsck to reality without that bump.

Someone I know needs to be let down gently. Lots of cuddles afterwards seems to help...

My comedown is to wipe up, log off fab and put the laptop away

Actually its nice romantic cuddles if the opportunity arises, spooning in all cuddly and stuff
