They'll be the ones that aren't interested, don't worry about them.

Do you think actually having a profile might actually help?

They might actually have an idea of what type of person they are letting in.

Strip off. Run down to the local supermarket. Get a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk and your in

The initiation is harsh but once you recover the rewards are plentiful.

I have been on this site since it started admittedly on 3 different profiles and still not been let in the circle of trust

You got no chance

If you offer Haribos or cake, they'll welcome you with open arms.

They're a fickle bunch really

My thoughts on this comment are 'how to lose friends and alienate people'

As someone else has indicated, you don't have much of a profile. Your profile text tells nobody anything about you - and given the high ratio of men to women and couples on here, you're not likely to stand out with that profile.

As for us forum users, I've never felt that there is a 'club' - for want of a better word - and have always found forum users to be very welcoming and helpful.

I guess it all comes down to attitude and perspective. My advice would be to be positive and take a pro-active approach on fab.
