Invites to gangbangs

Sorry if this has been posted before but some advice please from fellow fabbers.

I have been invited to take part in a couple of gangbangs. I declined at the last minute having seen one advertised where participants had to pay £70 each for the privilege. Is charging commonplace for such events or have I missed out on a couple of experiences I'd like to try?!

Without knowing the ins and outs, I can only guess.

Some gangbangs are at hired venues and a 'small' contribution to cover costs maybe acceptable.

£70 sounds like a scam....report it if I were you.

I agree; it's probably commercial. Ask where the ganbang is being held and see if you can work out the cost of the room / venue (RC).

Then look at the photographs of previous events and estimate how many men (M) have turned up to each and contributed (£).

Profit = Mx£ - RC

I've hosted/arranged three gangbangs at ether my house or the lady's house and the only charge/cost I have imposed on the guests coming is bring your own favourite brand/size of condoms... wouldn't dream of charging cash.

That's a club environment; if it's being arranged privately and you are charging for admission then it may cross the line if any payment is received by the woman if a third party (male or female) is present and taking the cash:

"Prostitute" is defined in section 54(2) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 as:

"A person who, on at least one occasion and whether or not compelled to do so, offers or provides sexual services to another person in return for payment or a promise of payment to that person or a third person."

The hotel room / premises may be considered a brothel defined as "a place where people of opposite sexes are allowed to resort for illicit intercourse, whether the women are common prostitutes or not". It is not essential to show that the premises are in fact used for the purposes of prostitution (which involves payment for services rendered); a brothel exists where women offer sexual intercourse without charging.

It is not illegal to sell sex at a brothel provided the sex worker is not involved in management or control of the brothel (see second comment, above).

It depends what you intend to do with the room afterwards, stay in it overnight or head home yourselves?

I'd have no qualms about sharing the room cost proportionately or paying my share. That's for the venue not what takes place there.

A duel girl profile on here has meets once a week where large groups of men are encouraged to attend and pay 60 quid a pop . Yes it's a venue but i'm going to assume the rate isn't 1200 quid for 3 hours ! That's assuming they only have 20 fellas

My interpretation of the wording of that particular section of the SO Act is that you would, if any of the contribution was passed on to the participating woman.

The £70 advert. was for a club in Birmingham. Each event has two or three attractive girls provided by the club, with their pics advertised in advance - you can see what you're buying. There may also be swinging couples present who join in the gb or use the private rooms, but the club is mainly for unaccompanied men. There are rarely as many as 20 there, so I doubt that it makes the kind of profit mentioned above. A visit to this club is always my birthday present to me. Google will find the website.

Peeps really ought to be reporting these profiles. It is against site rules to advertise a commercial venture and that is exactly what these are. They are also providing sex in exchange for money and as someone else pointed out, that's illegal. The organisers are pimps and should be prosecuted

Assuming the 20 men at each event, that's £4800 per month less the venue costs which, I'm guessing is probably split between the girls.

One additional event, advertised elsewhere, per week or for 3 another hours on the same day would make for a healthy monthly income, especially if it isn't declared to the Revenue.

Again, the relevant parts of The Sexual Offences Act 2003 are:

"Prostitute" is defined in Section 51(2) as:

"a person (A) who, on at least one occasion and whether or not compelled to do so, offers or provides sexual services to another person in return for payment or a promise of payment to A or a third person; "prostitution" is to be interpreted accordingly."

In relation the brothels:

The difference between offences under sections 33 and 33A arises because the definition of a brothel in English law does not require that the premises are used for the purposes of prostitution since a brothel exists wherever more than one woman offers sexual intercourse, whether for payment or not. Section 33A is also capable of covering premises where people go for non-commercial sexual encounters, such as certain saunas and adult clubs. Section 33A was introduced to increase the maximum penalty for the exploitation of prostitution in circumstances where the element of control required for section 53 is difficult to prove in circumstances where the owner of a brothel puts himself at a distance from the actual running of the establishment.

A brothel is defined as "a place where people of opposite sexes are allowed to resort for illicit intercourse, whether the women are common prostitutes or not". It is not essential to show that the premises are in fact used for the purposes of prostitution (which involves payment for services rendered); a brothel exists where women offer sexual intercourse without charging (Winter v Woolfe [1931] KB 549).

Of course they can say no, its the atmosphere, the expectation. Having been to dozens of parties, the few I've been to where men paid a high premium had a different atmosphere. At one I was even groped by a bloke as soon as we were introduced. Needless to say I left straight away, but, had wasted my whole evening including hours getting ready only to be paraded like a piece of meat for the men who had paid. I do not want to attend parties like that again hence I don't want them to be advertised on fabswingers as parties as per their policies.
